The Tenue de Nîmes x Cone Denim collaboration consists of three kimonos made from deadstock fabric which was produced by the legendary White Oak mill. Our Tenue de Nîmes tailor, Joery, made the kimonos in his workshop in Amsterdam. We can not express enough how thrilled and honoured we feel to be able to collaborate with Cone Denim utilizing such legendary fabrics. Unfortunately the White Oak mill had to close its doors back in 2017. It was the last running denim mill in the United States. This collaboration is an ode to the heritage of denim production.
