Through marvelous ingenuity, a bit of luck and a lot of hard work, Dickies changed the world of workwear forever. It all started in 1922 in a small town in Texas, when two cousins formed the Williamson-Dickie manufacturing company with the goal of making the highest quality, most durable workwear.
Inspired by the processes that make us who we are, their very first product, the all-cotton button fly overall was a sign of good things to come and was flying off the shelves quickly. Today, Dickies is still family-owned and staying true to its principles. If it has Dickies' name on it, they can promise it's been made with dedication, equality and purpose built construction.
