Rooted in Southern-California culture, the brand's founders grew up exposed to cultural phenomena such as Mexican street culture, skateboarding and surfing which ultimately became part of the brand's DNA. With years of experience as Lead Design at Stussy, the brand's art director Ant de Padovane perfectly curates these elements into a unique blend. Second/Layer is known for its 'suavecito' look - it's more about a vibe than fashion.
