Always an attentive observer of the culture and history, Joe 'Freshgoods' Robinson began making his own clothes whilst working at a streetwear boutique in downtown Chicago. After starting a popular makeshift storefront out of his garage, he opened his first official store 'Fat Tiger' with his partners. Making collections that commemorate special moments in time, there is no way around the brand anymore.
Fast forward to now, Joe Freshgoods' collaboration with Vault including footwear and apparel once again dives into history. Drawn to the experiences of black travelers and their struggles to find welcoming and inclusive spaces, the collection is inspired by travel and leisure in the US. Chocolate Valley Resort is a tribute to the businesses that welcomed travelers with a sense of community and belonging and features footwear and apparel designed with comfort and functionality in mind.
