We want people to 'Explore the Good Things in Life' from all over the world. We send all international orders with DHL Express shipping. To ship your order, the following rates apply:
- The Netherlands: € 7 (Free shipping on orders > € 75).
- Pick up in store: Free
- Germany and Belgium: € 15 (Free shipping on orders > € 200)
- Rest of the European Union, Switzerland & UK: € 18 (Free shipping on orders > € 250)
- Rest of Europe: € 20 (Free shipping on orders > € 300)
- USA, Canada & Mexico: € 38 (Free shipping on orders > € 400)
- Asia: € 40
- Rest of The World: € 40
*Special Releases* We charge different shipping rates for some of our special releases like footwear, please find them below:
- The Netherlands: € 6

Shipping in the Netherlands:
- Shipped by DHL Express or PostNL. Within the Netherlands you can choose between:
- PostNL (standard shipment fee).
- DHL Domestic Express (always an extra option for a variable fee).
- Handling time: 1-2 business days.
- You'll receive a Track & Trace code within 24 hours.
- Transit time:
- PostNL: 1-3 business days.
- DHL Domestic Express: 1 business day.
- Please note that all orders can always be picked-up at our Amsterdam store for free.
- Shipping may take longer during peak and promotional periods.
International shipments:
- For all international shipments we make use of DHL Express shipping. For International shipments you can choose between:
- DHL Express Economy Select (standard shipment fee).
- DHL Express Worldwide (always an extra option for a variable fee).
- Handling time: 1-2 business days.
- Transit time:
- DHL Express Economy Select: usually 1-4 business days.
- DHL Express Worldwide: 1 business day.
- Shipping may take longer during peak and promotional periods.
Import duties and VAT outside the European Union:
All non-EU shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). So please keep in mind that your country may require you to pay import duties and/or value added taxes (VAT), which are always your own responsibility to pay. Tenue de Nîmes can cover the VAT costs in your country (outside the European Union), please send us a message on webshop@tenuedenimes.com after your purchase to make this happen.
Tenue de Nîmes is not responsible for any import duties or customs charges from your local customs service. As these duties and charges vary from country to country, we cannot give you an estimate on these costs.
Returns
Of course, we hope to make you the happiest person on the planet providing you with ‘The Good Things in Life’. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept your return or exchange for another size within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note we offer free size swaps!

Returns Terms and Guidelines
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- Please make sure all returned products are in unworn, resalable condition, with all tags attached.
- Please use a protective box to prevent the items from being damaged during transport.
- To avoid customs charges, we strongly advise to write down “RETURNED GOODS” on top of your parcel.
- We will refund you as soon as possible when the returned order is checked and processed by our staff.
