Tenue de Nîmes is proud to present 'Bla Konst’, the new denim collection by Acne Studios. 'Never change a winning team’ is a famous quote by Sir Alfred Ernest Ramsey that was professionally ignored by Acne founder Jonny Johansson.  Although Acne Studios were very successful with their Swedish jeans line for both men and women, the company decided to replace its entire offering as of this season. 

According to the brand’s statement Acne considers their jeans collection a ‘study which should always be evolving and moving forward’. So although many of our Tenue de Nîmes clients went nuts when they heard about the brand’s ambition to take out their favourite jeans like the 'Skin 5’ for women or ‘Max’ for men, Johansson and his team were adamant. A big change was coming!

Last week the entire Acne Studios denim collection was replaced by 6 new Bla Konst styles (three fits for men and women): A straight jean, a baggy fit and a pair of skinny jeans. In the coming days we will provide a more in-depth view on all three fits for men and women. Stay tuned!
