We want people to 'Explore the Good Things in Life' from all over the world. We send all international orders with DHL Express shipping. To ship your order, the following rates apply:

- Sparqle - Emission Free Deliveries: € 7,50
- Pick up in-store: Free

Shipped by PostNL, DHL Express or Sparqle (Randstad only). Within the Netherlands you can choose between:
- PostNL (standard shipment fee of € 7).
- Randstad only: Sparqle - Emission Free Deliveries (€ 7,50).
- DHL - Domestic Express (always an extra option for a variable fee).

Handling time: 1-2 business days. You'll receive a Track & Trace code when dispatched.

- PostNL: 1-3 business days.
- Sparqle: 1-2 business days.
- DHL - Domestic Express: 1 business day.
- Please note that all orders can always be picked-up at our Amsterdam store for free.
- Shipping may take longer during peak and promotional periods.
International shipments:

For all international shipments we make use of DHL Express and DHL Standard shipping. For International shipments you can choose between:
- DHL Standard (standard shipment fee)
- DHL Express Economy Select (standard shipment fee).
- DHL Express Worldwide (always an extra option for a variable fee).
- Handling time: 1-2 business days.

- DHL Standard: 2-5 business days.
- DHL Express Economy Select: 1-4 business days.
- DHL Express Worldwide: 1 business day.
- Shipping may take longer during peak and promotional periods.
We ship out your order as soon as possible and always within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your parcel has been dispatched. Please note that there is no free shipping on sale items.
Import duties and VAT outside the European Union:
All non-EU shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). So please keep in mind that your country may require you to pay import duties and/or value added taxes (VAT), which are always your own responsibility to pay. However, Tenue de Nîmes covers the VAT costs in your country (outside the European Union), we do so by:
- 21% VAT will be deducted at the checkout if you are shopping from outside of the European Union. This happens when you've selected the shipping country and filled in all the shipping information.
Please note: Tenue de Nîmes is not responsible for any import duties or customs charges from your local customs service. As these duties and charges vary from country to country, we cannot give you an estimate on these costs.
Returns
Online Returns:
Of course, we hope to make you the happiest person on the planet providing you with ‘The Good Things in Life’. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept your online return or exchange for another size within 30 days of the delivery date. We always accept size swaps.
Use the returns form that came with your order or download and fill out this returns form and send the package via an insured service to:

Store Returns:
Purchases that are made in one of our stores can be returned in store only and within 14 days after purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Drop by the store to make this happen!
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- Please make sure all returned products are in unworn, resalable condition, with all tags attached.
- Use an outer protective box to prevent the items or packaging e.g. shoe box from being damaged during transport.
- To avoid customs charges, we strongly advise to write down “RETURNED GOODS” on top of your parcel.
- If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The risk the package gets lost or delayed is on your own account and we are not responsible for it.
- We will refund you as soon as possible when the returned order is checked and processed by our staff. If a return does not qualify for.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund for orders outside the European Union.
Our Returns Policy:
Please make sure all returned products are in unworn, resalable condition, with all original tags attached. This also includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. We have to say that we reserve the right to not accept a return if one of the before mentioned conditions are not met, or as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- The product(s) have been worn, used, damaged or washed;
- The original tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the original brand tags contribute an integral part of each product; and/or
- You have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag or shoe box).
If more of these terms and conditions are not met, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. In this situation, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
