Stockholm Surfboard Club – Tenue de Nîmes

Stockholm Surfboard Club

Rooted in the collision of Scandinavian design and surf culture, Stockholm Surfboard Club is a brand born where craftsmanship meets raw expression. Founded in 2019 by surfboard shaper and designer Manne Haglund Glad alongside CEO Anton Edberg—both formerly of Acne Studios—the label sits at the unofficial intersection of a surf club and a clothing line, melding vintage surf graphics, airbrushed kitsch, and 1970s tailoring with Nordic minimalism.

Glad’s journey began in his Stockholm garage, shaping board after board inspired by his carpenter father’s hands-on craftsmanship—and from there the brand organically grew. What started as T-shirt "merch" and surfboards evolved into an elevated offering that includes meticulously crafted wetsuits made in Japan, unisex tailored trousers, and vibrant logo staples all driven by creative impulse, not convention
