The Tenue. Penn Sky is made from 11.5 oz 100% organic cotton denim and features a light blue garment-dye, giving the jeans a soft, vintage feel. Its gentle tone adds a fresh, versatile touch to any outfit. Penn jeans are made in our jeans factory near Umbertide, Italy.
