Abel is a Dutch perfumer which uses 100% natural ingredients in their products. The Cobalt Amber is a sophisticated perfume with top notes from the juniper berry and bright pink pepper. The heart notes come from cacao and tonka, and of course, as the name suggests, the base note is amber.
